Please contact us immediately via our email (info@mealdash.com) if you wish to cancel your Order after it has been placed. You have the right to cancel your Order provided a Vendor has not yet accepted your Order.
You have the right to a refund for a canceled Order only if a Vendor has not yet accepted your Order. However, in case you decide to change the duration of your subscription, you can only modify the remaining subscription length at the time of cancellation. In any case of order cancellation or subscription modification, it will only be confirmed when the vendor accepts it. In case of cancellation of an order or subscription, the refund amount will be calculated from the very next meal at the time of acceptance by vendor
MealDash reserves the right to cancel any Order and/or suspend, deactivate or terminate your Tiffin Box account in its sole discretion if it reasonably suspects or detects fraudulent behavior or activity associated with your MealDash account and/or with your Order.
We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and strive to provide the best quality meals. However, due to the nature of our business and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any meals once they have been delivered.
